Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Summary

This policy explains when and how payments to SparkleDomain can be refunded. It covers both our subscription plans and our one-time digital products (the video course, the PDF playbook, and the bundle of the two). Because both give you immediate access to paid content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has started, except where a refund is required by law or as described below.

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you (see section 6).

2. Subscriptions

For subscription plans, we will refund you where:

  • you were charged twice for the same plan and period;
  • a technical fault on our side kept you from using paid features for a significant part of the period you paid for, and we could not fix it;
  • you ask within 14 days of your first payment and have not meaningfully used the paid features in that time (a voluntary cooling-off period we offer); or
  • a refund is otherwise required by the consumer law that applies to you.

3. One-time digital purchases (course and PDF)

The video course, the PDF playbook and the bundle are digital content supplied online. As a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the consumer-protection law of Kosovo (Law No. 06/L-034), which is harmonised with EU consumer rules.

Because these products are made available to you immediately, at checkout you are asked to (1) expressly request and consent to immediate access, and (2) acknowledge that, once streaming or downloading begins, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. After you have given that consent and access has started, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where the content is faulty or materially not as described (see below). If you do not give that consent, your access begins only after the 14-day period ends, and you may withdraw for a full refund at any time before then.

If a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you cannot access it because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a remedy - which may be a repair, a re-supply, or a full or partial refund - in line with your statutory rights.

4. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Freemius. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable. Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we reimburse you within 14 days of being notified.

5. Renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard; when you cancel, your account moves to the free plan at the end of the paid period. One-time products do not renew and are never charged again.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the Law on Consumer Protection of Kosovo (Law No. 06/L-034) and the Law on Obligations (Law No. 04/L-077), or under the consumer-protection law of your own country of residence. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, those rights apply.

7. How to ask

Send us a message through the contact page with the email on your account and the payment date. We reply within 5 business days.
